RESOLVED

  1. The Project is hereby classified as an unlisted action under SEQRA.
  2. The Town Board declares its intent to serve as lead agency in a coordinated review of the Project and directs the Town Clerk to send notice of its intent to all involved and interested agencies.
  3. The Town Board directs its secretary to refer this action to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development pursuant to Section 239-m of the General Municipal Law.
