RESOLVED

  1. that the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize and direct the solicitation of bids for the 2019 Paving Project substantially in accordance with the specifications on file with the Town Clerk, with bids to be received until 2:00 p.m. on April 30, 2019 or such later time and date as determined by the Highway Superintendent upon consultation with the Purchasing Agent, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening
