RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board authorizes negotiation of the terms of a written agreement with Scenic Hudson Land Trust for the purchase of development rights on the AgraGate Farm, LLC property
  2. the Town's contribution toward the purchase of development rights shall be $420,000
  3. the same terms and conditions with respect to this approval apply
