RESOLVED
- The Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor or, in his absence or unavailability, the Deputy Supervisor, to execute and submit one or more Grant Applications for a total grant amount not to exceed $50,000, for the acquisition and installation of generators for the Town Hall and for the warming/cooling center at Red Hook Community Center at a total cost estimated not to exceed $97,000
- The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for an in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution
- This resolution shall take effect immediately
