RESOLVED

  1. by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, that the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes the solicitation of public bids for Trail Fencing and Trail Improvements at the Cookingham West Site substantially in accordance with plans and specifications developed by the Project Engineer, with bids to be received on May 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., or such later date and time as determined by the Supervisor upon consultation with the Project Engineer, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening.
