RESOLVED

  1. The mailbox specifications are hereby approved as an amendment to the Town of Red Hook highway Specifications in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Town Highway Superintendent has recommended mailbox specifications for the accommodation of mailboxes and newspaper delivery boxes on Town Roads in order to provide guidance for boxes and supporting posts that will not interfere with highway maintenance and the public use of Town Roads
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined that it is in the best interests of the Town to approve specifications for the accommodation of mailboxes and newspaper delivery boxes on Town Roads
