RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board authorizes negotiation of the terms of a written agreement with Scenic Hudson Land Trust for the purchase of development rights on the Jane Schachat property
  2. the Town's contribution toward the purchase of development rights shall not exceed $89,500
  3. the same terms and conditions with respect to this approval as the previous resolution apply
