RESOLVED

  1. The acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the Addendum to the Agreement for Professional Services, amending Exhibit D to extend the end of the Term to December 31, 2026, is hereby approved.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook ("Town") and T&B Engineering and Landscape Architecture, P.C. entered into an Agreement for Professional Services dated as of January, 2021, as amended ("Agreement for Professional Services"), copies of which are on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, there has been prepared a form of addendum to the Agreement for Professional Services to amend Exhibit D, entitled "Term and Completion Deadlines," to extend the end of the Term to December 31, 2026 ("Addendum")
  • WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town to authorize the Addendum
