RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board authorizes negotiation of the terms of a written agreement with Scenic Hudson Land Trust for the purchase of development rights on the Anne and Charles Blum property
  2. the Town's contribution toward the purchase of development rights shall not exceed $190,500
  3. the commitment is conditional upon satisfactory terms being negotiated with Scenic Hudson Land Trust
