RESOLVED

  1. The Amendment between the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Tivoli regarding the Fire Service Agreement for 2025 and 2026 for fire protection services is hereby approved.
  2. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Amendment and such other documents necessary in connection with such Amendment. Such Amendment shall be in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor.
