RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof.
  2. The Supervisor, the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Agreement.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook has determined that entering into a revocable permit for use of state owned property with NYS OCFS for use of the gymnasium at the Red Hook Residential Center for the Town recreation park's pickleball program, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk (the "Agreement"), is in the best interests of the Town
  • WHEREAS, the proposed action constitutes a Type II action which will not have an adverse effect on the environment
