RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to accept the bid for the Project and execute a contract in substantially the form provided by the specifications, subject to the provision of a certificate of insurance and such further documentation as required by the bid specifications

  • WHEREAS, The Town issued a notice of public bids dated December 11, 2020 for the acceptance of sealed bids for the Garage Rooftop Solar System Project (the "Project"), to be opened at 2:00 p.m. on January 4, 2021 at Town Hall
  • WHEREAS, Sealed bids for the Project were publicly opened and read on January 4, 2021, after due notice pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, with bids received as set forth on the tabulation on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, After review of bids and the letter prepared by Tighe & Bond dated January 12, 2021, the bid of Suncommon in the amount of $151,191 for the Project has been determined to be the lowest responsible bid for such work as specified in the specifications on file with the Town Clerk
