RESOLVED
- Regular meetings of the Board will take place throughout the year 2020 on the following days in each month, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall: Second Tuesday and Fourth Wednesday.
- The Official Newspaper of the Town for 2020 shall be the Poughkeepsie Journal.
- The following financial institutions shall be Official Depositaries of the Town for all Town monies for 2020: M&T Bank, The Bank of Greene County, Key Bank National Association. In addition, the Town is a member of NYCLASS pursuant to the NYCLASS Municipal Cooperation Agreement Amended and Restated as of March 14, 2014.
- The following offices are authorized to maintain a petty cash fund: Town Clerk/Receiver $500.00.
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby establish the following salaries for elected officials for 2020: Supervisor $31,310, Town Board Members (each) $8,790, Town Clerk $56,515, Town Justices (each) $18,076, Highway Superintendent $66,373.
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby establish the mileage reimbursement rate of $0.575 per mile for those Town officials and employees who incur official mileage when they are obligated to drive their own vehicles on Town business or when a Town vehicle is not available.
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the execution of a blanket bond in lieu of individual undertaking pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Public Officers Law, for the purpose of covering all officers and employees who collect money.
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the following to sign bank checks for all Town business: (i) Supervisor Robert McKeon; (ii) in his absence Deputy Supervisor Bill O'Neill; and (iii) in the absence of the Supervisor and the Deputy Supervisor, any of the Board Members William Hamel, Christine Kane or Jacob Testa.
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes and directs the Supervisor to submit to the Town Clerk within 60 days after the close of the fiscal year, or such later date as may be required for such filing with the State Comptroller, a copy of the Supervisor's report to the State Comptroller.
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby approves the Procurement Policy as recommended by the Purchasing Officer in the form last revised 10/25/2017 and on file with the Town Clerk.
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby approves the Investment Policy in the form last revised 3/12/2019 and on file with the Town Clerk.
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby approves the Fund Balance Policy in the form last revised 3/27/2019 and on file with the Town Clerk.
