RESOLVED
- the following financial institutions shall be Official Depositaries of the Town for all Town monies for 2019: M&T Bank, The Bank of Greene County, Key Bank National Association
- pursuant to Section 64 of the Town Law, the Town Clerk/Receiver is authorized to maintain a petty cash fund in the amount of $500.00
- the following salaries for elected officials for 2019 are established: Supervisor $30,696; Town Board Members (each) $8,618; Town Clerk $55,407; Town Justices (each) $17,722; Highway Superintendent $65,072
- the mileage reimbursement rate of $0.58 per mile is established for Town officials and employees who incur official mileage on Town business for the year 2019, subject to adjustment by the Town Board to be consistent with IRS rates
- the execution of a blanket bond in lieu of individual undertaking pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Public Officers Law is authorized for all officers and employees who collect money
- the following are authorized to sign bank checks for all Town business: Supervisor Robert McKeon; in his absence Deputy Supervisor Bill O'Neill; in the absence of both, any of the Board Members Harry Colgan, Sarah Imboden or Christine Kane
- the Supervisor is authorized and directed to submit to the Town Clerk within 60 days after the close of the fiscal year a copy of the Supervisor's report to the State Comptroller, and the Town Clerk shall cause a summary to be published within 10 days of filing in the official newspaper
- the Procurement Policy in the form on file with the Town Clerk as recommended by the Purchasing Officer is approved
- the Investment Policy in the form on file with the Town Clerk is approved

- Regular meetings of the Board will take place throughout the year 2019 on the following days in each month, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall: Second Tuesday and Fourth Wednesday. (Additional Special Meetings may be scheduled and announced by posting the announcement at the Town Hall as required by Chapter 22 of the Town Code, and with notification to the press as required by the Public Officers Law.)
- The Official Newspaper of the Town for 2019 shall be the Poughkeepsie Journal.
