RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor is authorized and directed to accept the foregoing bid for the Electrical Contract for the Project and execute a contract in substantially the form provided by the specifications, subject to the provision of a certificate of insurance and bonds and such further documentation as required by the bid specifications.

  • WHEREAS, the Town issued a notice of public bids dated April 30, 2026, for the acceptance of sealed bids for the "Water District No. 1 Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project," General Contract and Electrical Contract, in the Town (the "Project"), to be opened at 2:00 p.m. on May 21, 2026 at Town Hall
  • WHEREAS, specifications for the Project were prepared by T&B Engineering, P.C., a professional corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York
  • WHEREAS, sealed bids for the Project were publicly opened and read on May 21, 2026, after due notice pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, with bids received as set forth on the tabulation included in the engineer's recommendation letter on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, the lowest eligible bid for the Electrical Contract for the Project was determined to be Hewitt Young Electric LLC in the amount of $64,500.00, and such bid has been determined to be the lowest responsible bid for such work as specified in the specifications on file with the Clerk
