RESOLVED
- The Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the solicitation of bids for the Project substantially in accordance with specifications prepared by the Project Engineer, with bids to be received on April 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. or at such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor upon consultation with the Project Engineer, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening

- WHEREAS, T&B Engineering and Landscape Architecture, P.C. ("Project Engineer") has prepared a performance specification for installation of a 0.7491 MW community solar array on an approximately 4 acre portion of the 11.16 acre parcel 134889-6273-00-530088-0000 and 134801-6272-07-550997-0000, located adjacent to the Cookingham Farm property west of Route 9 (the "Project"), a copy of which is on file with the Town Clerk
- WHEREAS, the Supervisor of the Town of Red Hook has requested that the Town proceed with advertising for requests for bids for the proposed Project substantially in accordance with such specifications
- WHEREAS, on November 12, 2024, the Town Board classified the proposed project as an unlisted action under SEQRA and declared its intent to serve as lead agency in a coordinated review of the project
- WHEREAS, on December 10, 2024, the Town Board adopted a negative determination of significance finding that the project as proposed will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts
