RESOLVED
- Based on the report of the Town Engineer of the completed improvements for the Project, the required bond amounts for Sections 1 through 7 may be reduced to: Section 1: $74,744; Section 2 and 3: $35,174; Section 4 and 5: $83,768; Section 6: $182,719; and Section 7: $68,445. There is no reduction in the required amount of $54,568 for Section 8
- The conversion of the performance bond No. 7901087585 for Section 6 water and wastewater improvements issued to Dutchess County Water and Wastewater and Town of Red Hook as dual obligees to a one year maintenance bond is hereby approved
- The Project remains subject to all other applicable requirements of the approving resolutions as to Sections 1 thorough 8
- The Supervisor, Town Clerk, Town Engineer, and Attorney for the Town may take all steps reasonable and necessary in consultation with the Attorney for the Town to implement the intent of this resolution

- WHEREAS, as a condition of the following resolutions, the developer of the Tradition at Red Hook, a 102 lot subdivision project to be developed in sections (formerly known as Hoffman TND project) (the "Project") delivered to the Town Clerk performance bonds or cash deposits in amounts regarding Sections 1 through 8 of the Project for subdivision improvements, which amounts were later reduced pursuant to recommendation of the engineer based on completed status as authorized by the Town Board
- WHEREAS, by correspondence dated March 24, 2025, the Town Engineer has notified the Town Board that a further portion of the improvements contemplated under Sections 1 through 7 of the Project have been satisfactorily completed, that a reasonable estimate of the uncompleted improvements in such sections is set forth below, and that it is recommended that the bond amounts required for Sections 1 through 7 reduced accordingly
- WHEREAS, by correspondence dated March 24, 2025, the Town Engineer has notified the Town Board that based on authorization of DCWWA, it is appropriate to authorize conversion of the water and sewer performance bond for Section 6 to a one year maintenance bond
