RESOLVED
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook shall hold a public hearing on May 25, 2022, at 7:40 p.m. to hear all interested parties on said Proposed Local Law
- The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in the Poughkeepsie Journal, the official newspaper of said Town, on or before May 20, 2022, which is not less than five calendar days prior to the date of said public hearing

- WHEREAS, Chapter 56 of the Laws of 2022 amended the Open Meetings Law to authorize the continued use of videoconferencing to conduct public meetings subject to certain conditions set forth therein
- WHEREAS, pursuant to such law, the Town of Red Hook is authorized to permit use of videoconferencing subject to adoption of a local law after public hearing
- WHEREAS, a proposed form of Local Law No. B (Proposed) of 2022 entitled "A Local Law to Amend Chapter 22, Entitled "Meetings, Public Notice Of" to Change the Title to "Meetings, Notice and Procedures", to Amend Notice Procedures, and to Authorize Videoconferencing as Permitted by the Open Meetings Law" has been submitted to the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook (the "Proposed Local Law")
- WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined that the proposed local law is best described as a local legislative decision concerning routine administration and management under the State Environmental Quality Review Act ("SEQRA")
