RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby authorizes the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the no cost Turco Change Order for the Turco Golf Inc. contract for the East Phase 1 Project.
  2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the Fastracs Change Order for the Fastracs Rentals, Inc. contract for the West Phase 1 Project.

  • WHEREAS, the Town has entered into a contract with Turco Golf Inc. for the "Town of Red Hook Recreation Park Phase 1 – East Project" in the Town of Red Hook (the "East Phase 1 Project") based on plans and specifications prepared by Tighe & Bond Engineering, P.C. (the "Town Engineer"), with a contract amount of $1,561,000.00, plus prior change orders in the net amount of $27,197.20, and the Town Engineer has recommended a no cost change order #4 in the form on file with the Town Clerk, providing for schedule changes with substantial completion by July 15, 2020 ("Turco Change Order")
  • WHEREAS, the Town has entered into a contract with Fastracs Rentals, Inc. for the "Town of Red Hook Recreation Park Phase 1 – West Project" in the Town of Red Hook (the "West Phase 1 Project"), based on plans and specifications prepared by Tighe & Bond Engineering, P.C. (the "Town Engineer"), with a contract amount of $500,310.00, plus prior change orders in the net amount of $61,725.00, and the Town Engineer has recommended a change order #3 with an additional net increase of $11,502.62 ("Fastracs Change Order") in the form on file with the Town Clerk, and providing for schedule changes with substantial completion for items other than turf maintenance by June 30, 2020, and the final completion date unchanged
