RESOLVED

  1. Acceptance of the Sidewalk is hereby authorized, subject to the delivery of a form of permanent easement and conveyance documents substantially in the form on file with the Clerk and approved by the Attorney for the Town and the Town Engineer
  2. The Supervisor is authorized and directed to execute the Sidewalk and the Supervisor and the officers, employees and agents of the Town may take all steps reasonable and necessary, in consultation with the Attorney for the Town, to implement the intent of this Resolution

  • WHEREAS, the Town is desirous of installing a sidewalk along Old Farm Road with a portion being located within the property boundary within the Property
  • WHEREAS, Grantor has offered to grant to the Town a permanent and perpetual Sidewalk for use as a public walkway
  • WHEREAS, the acceptance of the Easement is in the best interest of the Town, subject to the conditions set forth therein
