RESOLVED

  1. The Addendum to the Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Red Hook and the Red Hook Fire Company, Inc. for 2019 and 2020 for fire protection services is hereby approved
  2. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Addendum to the Agreement and such other documents necessary in connection with such Agreement. Such Addendum shall be in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor
