RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook shall hold a public hearing on May 14, 2024, at 7:35 p.m. at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, to hear all interested parties on said application for waiver and at which time and place the Town Board may determine whether to approve a waiver from the Moratorium Law for such application
  2. The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in the Poughkeepsie Journal, the official newspaper of said Town, on or before May 4, 2024, which is not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date of said public hearing
