RESOLVED
- the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the task order #07 not to exceed the aggregate amount of $7,000 is hereby approved
Show preamble — 3 WHEREAS clauses
- WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook ("Town") and Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP (Creighton Manning) entered into an Agreement for Professional Services dated as of February 3, 2021 ("Agreement for Professional Services"), copies of which are on file with the Town Clerk
- WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, Creighton Manning has provided a task order for the Evaluation of Speed Limits at College Park and Forest Park
- WHEREAS, in accordance with The Agreement Exhibit B- Scope of Services, Creighton Manning will: (1) Collect volume and speed data for several days on Kalina Drive, Birchwood Drive, Columbia Avenue, and Cornell Avenue; (2) Conduct a field visit to evaluate road widths, parking, driveway density, field of view, etc.; (3) Review crash records within the neighborhoods; (4) Evaluate data collected against speed limit guidance established by NYSDOT and industry practices; (5) Summarize findings in a technical memorandum with any appropriate graphics or maps; (6) Recommend sign verbiage, size, and placement; (7) Response to comments
