RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the Supervisor to accept the foregoing bid for the Project and execute a contract in substantially the form provided by the specifications, subject to the provision of a certificate of insurance and such further documentation as required by the bid specifications
