RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board hereby declares the 1994 Woodchuck woodchipper surplus property which is to be sold to the Village of Tivoli for the purchase price of $3,000, in "as is, where is" condition, in accordance with the procedures and on the terms and conditions set forth in this resolution
  2. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook authorizes the sale of the woodchipper to the Village of Tivoli for a purchase price of $3,000
