RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize and direct the solicitation of bids for the Project, subject to approval of the revised specifications by Dutchess County Planning & Development, with bids to be received until 10:00 a.m. April 17, 2025 or such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening
