RESOLVED

  1. Amendment No. 2 to the Fire Service Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Tivoli for 2023 and 2024 for fire protection services to provide for a capital project amount of $250,000 from ARPA funding for the Tivoli Firehouse Expansion project is hereby approved
  2. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the foregoing Amendment and such other documents necessary in connection with such Amendment. Such Amendment shall be in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor
