RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, to accept the foregoing proposal for the Project and execute the Agreement with the Consultant in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the officer executing the same.

  • WHEREAS, after review of the proposals received, the Town Board has determined to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services between Mid-Hudson Pattern for Progress, Inc. (Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress), with subcontractor Pace University's Land Use Law Center (the "Consultant") and the Town, substantially in the form on file with the Town Clerk ("Agreement"), to provide professional planning services for the Project in the amount of $99,900, as set forth in the Agreement,
