RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board approves land use training from recommended agencies for Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals members
  2. the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals shall each create and maintain a system of tracking training attendance and maintain records submitted to the Town Board
  3. the Chair of the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Appeals shall consult with the Supervisor to maintain budgetary controls on training expenditures
