RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby approves the forgoing application for a block party subject to the conditions in the form of application on file with the Clerk, and subject to the additional conditions as follows: Insurance: $1,000,000.00 Liability Insurance; Refundable Cleanup Fee: None; Other: Signage at both ends of the event advising motorists.
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, Chapter 95, Article II of the Town Code authorizes the Town Board to approve block parties subject to the requirements of the Town Code, the requirements established by resolution of the Town Board and to such additional conditions as shall be determined by the Town Board
  • WHEREAS, there is on file with the Town Clerk an application for a block party to be held on May 19, 2024 for a Charity Run for Camp Rising Sun, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, having reviewed the application, determines to approve the application subject to the conditions set forth in the form of application on file with the Clerk, together with the additional conditions set forth herein
