RESOLVED
- The Town Board hereby approves name 'Skypark Lane' for the common driveway as shown on Filed Map 12677 for Sky Park Minor Subdivision, subject to the Maintenance Agreement, and further subject to the provisions of the Planning Board subdivision approval and compliance with the Town highway specifications and other requirements of law. Appropriate signage shall be posted with the name of the common driveway in accordance with the Town highway specifications and the County's 911 laws, and such signage and its maintenance shall be the responsibility of the Owners.
- A certified copy of this resolution shall be provided to Dutchess County Real Property Tax Service Agency and the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response.
- The Town Clerk shall send notification of this resolution to the Town of Red Hook Planning Board and the Owners.
