RESOLVED

  1. by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook (by the favorable vote of not less than a majority of all of the members of the Board), that in accordance with Section 104-b of the General Municipal Law, the amended Procurement Policy for the Town of Red Hook is hereby approved in the form on file with the Town Clerk. A copy of the Procurement Policy shall be posted on the Town website.
