RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby accepts the farm driveway name of 'Greenhouse Lane' for Parcel No. 6274-00-696839, subject to compliance with the highway specifications and other requirements of law as applicable, and solely for the purpose of permitting the property owner to comply with Chapter 135 of the Dutchess County's Code regarding 911 Signage entitled 'Building Numbering and Road Signs'. Appropriate signage shall be posted with the name of the driveway and such signage shall be the responsibility of the owners
  2. A certified copy of this resolution shall be provided to Dutchess County Real Property Tax Service Agency
  3. The Town Clerk shall send notification of this resolution to the Town of Red Hook Planning Board, the Highway Superintendent, and the parcel owners

  • WHEREAS, the Dutchess County Real Property Tax Service Agency has forwarded its letter dated February 22, 2019 indicating that there are no conflicts with the proposed name
