RESOLVED
- The Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof.
- In accordance with Section 60-5 of the Town Code, the Town of Red Hook will contact the Dutchess County Office of Disaster Preparedness and Civil Defense for assistance only after all local or mutual-aid resources are exhausted. Requests for outside aid must first be approved by the Town Supervisor or designee.
- The Supervisor, the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Intermunicipal Agreement.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.
