RESOLVED

  1. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence Deputy Supervisor William O'Neill, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the foregoing grant agreement with the County of Dutchess in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with only such changes as shall not affect the substance thereof. Such agreement shall be approved by the officer executing such Contract consistent with the terms of this resolution
  2. The Supervisor, the Town Clerk and its officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town of Red Hook, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Contract
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately
