RESOLVED

  1. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence Deputy Supervisor William Hamel, is authorized and directed to pursue negotiation of a CCA electricity supply agreement providing for a 12-month variable rate renewable supply, for 100% NYS Renewable Sources.
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York (the "Town") has authorized Rider 2 to an agreement (as amended, the "Joule Agreement") between the Town and Joule Assets Inc. ("Joule") authorizing Joule to serve as Community Choice Aggregation Program Administrator of a Community Choice Aggregation Program pursuant to Local Law No. 1 of 2019 entitled "A LOCAL LAW TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CHOICE AGGREGATION PROGRAM FOR THE TOWN OF RED HOOK" and New York State Public Service Commission Order in Case 14-M-0224 - an Order Authorizing Framework For Community Choice Aggregation Opt-Out Program ("PSC CCA Order"), as it may be amended or supplemented; and
  • WHEREAS, Joule has conducted a competitive solicitation process pursuant to the Joule Agreement and the PSC CCA Order on behalf of participating Hudson Valley Communities, and has provided the results of indicative pricing to the Town Board for its consideration; and
