RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the Town Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, to execute the Financial Advisory Services Agreement with such firm. Such agreement shall be substantially in the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the officer executing the same.
