RESOLVED

  1. In accordance with Sections 11 and 39 of the General Municipal Law, the Amended Investment Policy for the Town of Red Hook is hereby approved in the form on file with the Town Clerk
  2. In addition to the depositories authorized in Section 11A of the Investment Policy as annually approved by the Town, the Town shall be authorized to invest moneys in an amount not to exceed $9,000,000 pursuant to the NYCLASS Cooperation Agreement amended and restated as of March 14, 2014
