  1. by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, that the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes the commencement of negotiations with Solarcommunities, Inc., a Vermont Corporation, d/b/a Suncommon for a project sponsor agreement as described in the RFP

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook (the "Town") issued a Request for Proposals ("RFP") on January 8, 2019 and received three proposals on February 15, 2019 for a qualified project sponsor to develop a 1.73 MW (AC) solar photovoltaic project that will qualify for the NYSERDA Community Distributed Generation Program
  • WHEREAS, the Energy Committee and Purchasing Officer have preliminarily reviewed the proposals and, based on the evaluation criteria provided in the agreement, have recommended the commencement of negotiations with Solarcommunities, Inc., a Vermont Corporation, d/b/a Suncommon
