RESOLVED

  1. The Police Services Agreement of 2025 between the Village of Red Hook and the Town of Red Hook is hereby approved.
  2. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Police Services Agreement of 2025 and such other documents necessary in connection with such Agreement. Such Agreement shall be in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor.
