RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook shall hold a public hearing on March 12, 2019, at 7:35 p.m. at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, to hear all interested parties on said proposed addendum to the Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Red Hook and the Red Hook Fire Company, Inc., at which time and place it shall be determined by the Town Board whether to approve said proposed Addendum
  2. The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in the Poughkeepsie Journal, the official newspaper of said Town, on or before March 2, 2019, which is not less than ten days prior to the date of said public hearing

  • WHEREAS, proposed terms of an addendum to Agreement has been submitted to the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook to include 75% of the additional cost for NYS Cancer Benefit coverage, with an estimated increase of $1,541.25, as set forth in the form of Addendum attached hereto
