RESOLVED
- Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence Deputy Supervisor William Hamel, is hereby authorized and directed to execute Rider 3 to the Joule Agreement substantially in the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by such officer
- Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence Deputy Supervisor William Hamel, is hereby authorized and directed to authorize Joule Assets Inc. to conduct a request for proposals for the purpose of soliciting energy provider services
- Joule in its role as Administrator for the CCA Program shall manage the energy procurement process, prepare and issue the RFP, including the amended form of Electricity Supply Agreement
- Joule shall make a recommendation to the Municipality for award, with bids evaluated based upon compliance with RFP specifications, and the Town will make the final decision as to whether to award an Electricity Supply Agreement in this RFP round
- the Supervisor, the Town Clerk and its officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed to do all acts and things required or provided by the Agreement
- this resolution shall take effect immediately

- WHEREAS, there is on file a form of Rider 3 to the Joule Agreement providing for a 2025 CCA energy program RFP for a period commencing July 2025
- WHEREAS, pursuant to the Joule Agreement as modified by Rider 3, Joule proposes to conduct a competitive solicitation process on behalf of participating Hudson Valley Communities
