RESOLVED
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook shall hold a public hearing on April 24, 2024, at 7:55 p.m. at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, to hear all interested parties on said application for waiver and at which time and place the Town Board may determine whether to approve a waiver from the Moratorium Law for such application.
- The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in the Poughkeepsie Journal, the official newspaper of said Town, on or before April 14, 2024, which is not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date of said public hearing.

- WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of the Moratorium Law, the Town Board is authorized to grant a hardship waiver of the provisions of the moratorium established by the Moratorium Law to the extent provided in the Moratorium Law, after holding a public hearing on the application for waiver
- WHEREAS, an application for hardship waiver was received on April 2, 2024 from Stephan Lueck regarding Tax Parcel 134889-6274-056096 and 134889-6274-129113, approximately 15.27 acre parcel at 580 Budds Corners Road requesting a waiver for purposes of an application pending before the Building Department for a building permit in connection with construction of a house, a portion of which may be located within 300 feet of a state wetland
