RESOLVED

  1. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized to execute the Amendment and Extension to the County Procurement IMA for a one-year period from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025.
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, an Intermunicipal Agreement ('County Procurement IMA') was entered into between the Town of Red Hook and the County of Dutchess (the 'County') regarding assistance from the County with central purchasing services
  • WHEREAS, the Town desires to extend the County Procurement IMA with the County for a one-year period from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 as provided in an agreement, a form of which is on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, such execution of the County Procurement IMA extension is hereby determined to be in the best interests of the Town
