RESOLVED

  1. The Fire Service Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Red Hook and the Red Hook Fire Company, Inc. for 2025 and 2026 for fire protection services is hereby approved.
  2. The Fire Service Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Tivoli for 2025 and 2026 for fire protection services is hereby approved.
  3. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Fire Services Agreements and such other documents necessary in connection with such Agreements. Such Agreements shall be in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor.
