RESOLVED
- The Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, to execute and submit the Grant contract with NYSERDA, in substantially the same form on file with the Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not materially affect the substance thereof.
- The Supervisor of the Town, the Town Clerk and its officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town of Red Hook, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Grant contract.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.

- WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook is considering the installation of a 0.7491 MW (749.1 kW) community solar array on an approximately 4 acre portion of the 11.16 acre parcel 134889-6273-00-530088-0000 and 134801-6272-07-550997-0000, located adjacent to the Cookingham Farm property west of Route 9
- WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook was notified of the award by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority ('NYSERDA') of an additional grant in the amount of $175,000 (the 'Grant') for the Project
- WHEREAS, on November 12, 2024, the Town Board classified the proposed project as an unlisted action under SEQRA and declared its intent to serve as lead agency in a coordinated review of the project
- WHEREAS, on December 10, 2024, the Town Board adopted a negative determination of significance finding that the project as proposed will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts.
