RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the solicitation of bids for the Project substantially in accordance with specifications prepared by the Project Engineer, with bids to be received on January 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. or at such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor upon consultation with the Project Engineer, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening

  • WHEREAS, T&B Engineering, P.C. ("Project Engineer") has requested that the Town proceed with advertising for requests for bid for the Town of Red Hook Recreation Park Phase 2 – East Project for ADA compliance modification for the concession stand and surrounding park area (the "Project"), as described in the specifications prepared by the Project Engineer, a copy of which is on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, the Supervisor of the Town of Red Hook has requested that the Town proceed with advertising for requests for bids for the proposed Project substantially in accordance with specifications prepared by the Project Engineer
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined under the State Environmental Quality Review Act that the proposed Projects constitute an unlisted action which will not have an adverse impact on the environment
