  1. By the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook that the Town Board hereby authorizes the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the Change Order for the Family Danz Mechanical, LLC contract for the Project

  • WHEREAS, the Town has entered into a contract with Family Danz Mechanical, LLC for the Town of Red Hook HVAC Equipment Replacement for Town Hall project in the Town of Red Hook (the "Project"), based on plans and specifications ("Plans") on file with the Town Clerk, with a contract amount of $46,638.00
  • WHEREAS, a Change Order with a net increase of $3,875.00 for replacement of branch ducts and related modifications was submitted by Family Danz Mechanical, LLC for a new total contract amount of $50,513.00
