RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized to execute an agreement with Everhart Tree Care for tree work as described in the RFP at a cost of $12,075, as set forth in the RFP and proposal on file with the Water Board, subject to prevailing wage as required by law and subject to compliance with NYS DEC guidance regarding northern long eared bats
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook solicited proposals pursuant to a written request for proposals to solicit qualified contractors ("RFP")
  • WHEREAS, after review of the response, a summary of which is on file with the Town Clerk, the Water Board has recommended that Everhart Tree Care be engaged to complete the project
