RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board hereby authorizes and ratifies the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the Change Order No. 1 and Change Order No. 2 of Fastracs Rentals, Inc. for the Project.

  • WHEREAS, the Town has entered into a contract with Fastracs Rentals, Inc. for the "Town of Red Hook Recreation Park Phase 1 – West Project" in the Town of Red Hook (the "Project"), based on plans and specifications ("Plans") prepared by Tighe & Bond Engineering, P.C. (the "Town Engineer"), with a contract amount of $500,310.00
  • WHEREAS, a Change Order No. 1 with a net increase of $6,675.00, and Change Order No. 2 with a net increase of $55,050, were submitted by Fastracs Rentals, Inc. for a new total contract amount of $562,035.00, which Change Orders have been approved by the Town Engineer
